Terms of Service

1. What TickerAll is

TickerAll (“we”, “us”) provides a hosted API, a web and mobile terminal, and related tools that let you read market data from, and manage trading on, MetaTrader 4 and 5 broker accounts that you hold with your broker. We are not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a fund manager. We do not hold your money and we never place a trade on our own initiative: every order comes from you, your code, or software you chose to connect.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, using the API, the terminal, the apps, or any SDK, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TickerAll on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company. You must be at least 18 and legally able to trade with your broker where you live.

3. Your account and credentials

You are responsible for your TickerAll login, your API keys and everything done with them. Keep them secret and tell us at once if you think they are compromised. Broker credentials you connect are stored encrypted and used only to hold the connection you asked for; you can disconnect an account or delete your TickerAll account at any time.

Connecting a broker account must be allowed by that broker’s own terms. You are responsible for complying with your broker’s rules, and for any licence, registration or tax obligation that applies to your trading.

4. Trading risk

Trading leveraged products such as forex, CFDs and cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk. You can lose some or all of your capital. Nothing on TickerAll is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, orders may be rejected or filled at a different price by your broker, and connections can drop. You decide what to trade and you bear the outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use TickerAll for anything unlawful, or to trade on accounts you are not entitled to use;
  • attempt to overload, probe, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or other customers’ use of it;
  • resell or share access to your account or API keys without our written agreement;
  • use the service in a way that breaches your broker’s terms or applicable market rules.

We may apply fair-use limits (connections, requests, streams) per plan and may suspend abusive traffic to protect the platform.

6. Plans, billing and changes

Free plans are limited as shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance by card through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. We may change prices or plan limits with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

7. Availability and maintenance

We work to keep TickerAll available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Broker connections depend on the broker’s own servers. We schedule maintenance in announced windows and publish the current state on our status page. Where possible we notify customers in advance of changes that affect live connections.

8. Software, apps and third-party services

The SDKs, the web terminal and the mobile and desktop apps are provided under these terms for use with your TickerAll account; you may not remove notices or redistribute them as your own. The service relies on third parties (brokers, payment processors, hosting, app stores) whose terms also apply to your use of those parts.

9. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law or a broker, or if your use puts the platform or other customers at risk; where practical we will tell you why. On termination we disconnect your broker sessions and delete stored credentials as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Warranties and liability

TickerAll is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of TickerAll, including from delayed or incorrect data, dropped connections, or your own code, strategies or connected tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the status page or by email and take effect on the date shown at the top; continuing to use TickerAll after that date means you accept them.
