Is there really a free plan?＋

Yes — free forever on demo accounts. You get up to 5 demo broker accounts, unlimited demo orders, full historical candles, and live tick streaming. No credit card to start.

What counts as a “live account”?＋

A funded, real-money broker account. Demo accounts are always free and never count toward your paid capacity — you only start paying once you connect a live broker.

How does Pro pricing scale past 30 accounts?＋

The $39/mo base includes 30 live accounts. Beyond that it's a flat marginal rate per live account: +$2 (31–100), +$18 (101–160), +$21 (161–200). Demo accounts stay free. At 200+ live accounts, that's Enterprise.

What is the always-hot add-on?＋

It's optional, $1.99/mo per connection. It keeps a connection warm 24/7 and auto-reconnecting, so there's no warm-up on your next call. It's off by default — enable it per account or account-wide from your dashboard, on demo or live accounts.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?＋

Yes. Adjust your live-account capacity or cancel from the billing dashboard. Increases are prorated and charged now; decreases are credited to your next invoice, and any leftover credit is refunded to your card if you cancel.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?＋

No. Sign up free and use demo accounts with no card. You only add billing when you upgrade to Pro to connect a live broker.

When should I talk to you about Enterprise?＋
